There are investment partners
and there are Investment Partners
We only offer opportunities in which we would also invest. (And often, we do.)
Heritage Capital USA began over 20 years ago with Ryan Parson seeking alternative investment opportunities for himself and his family. Though the family has grown, the process has not. Nor has the primary goal: to help family members efficiently create and protect generational wealth.
Ryan and his family continue to invest in many of the deals offered to Mile Marker Club members. It’s this notion of being “down in the trenches” as a group – that our members never have to go it alone – that makes the combination of the Mile Marker Club and Heritage Capital USA so special. Ryan and his team truly put their money where their collective mouth is, and members appreciate that.
Our Family of Companies
Our family of companies bring a strategic advantage to both investor families and deal operators. This unique group offers a dynamic and unparalleled combination of wealth education, private investment opportunities and unique capital raising opportunities for deal flow operators.

Linda P Paquin
Learned business processes through her experience in the airline industry, and she’s just taken off from there.
Linda developed her mastery of business processes from the ground up – way up. Beginning with a 13-year stretch at Northwest Airlines, she quickly learned every facet of the airline call center. While at Alaska Airlines as Senior Manager, she closed an aging call center and supervised the design and IT infrastructure at the new center, expanding head count from 110 to over 400, and earning the airline’s Manager of the Year award as a result. Then, at SuperShuttle, she helped form another new call center, serving as Senior VP of Reservations and Communications.
Excelling as a leader at SuperShuttle – Ernst and Young once named her finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year – Linda created and was directly responsible for developing the budget for four new call centers and supervised that all budgets were met while maintaining the company’s high service standards.
As Director of Operations for Heritage Capital USA, Linda ensures that all budgeting standards are met. She researches new technologies, implements creative and better ways to streamline processes, and is a leader in the daily operations of the business.
